ACC SUBSIDY
Our chiropractors are ACC registered, meaning we have the ability to apply for an ACC subsidy if your visit to us is due to a recent injury. No external referral is required.
If you have a pre-existing ACC claim that has been opened by another provider and may be applicable for chiropractic care, please bring the following details…
1. ACC45 Number
2. Date of the injury
3. Read codes (this tells us what the injury is)
LATE CANCELATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, you will unfortunately incur a late cancellation fee of $35. We are grateful to be very busy, so we appreciate your understanding in providing us with notice.
